Taylor Cruz brings more than a decade of experience in digital analytics, having started her career by building the analytics practice from the ground up at the Connecticut branch of NIC Inc. Now a Senior Analytics Consultant at BlastX Consulting, Taylor helps organizations create clarity in the chaos by setting up clean, trustworthy analytics frameworks and ensuring the data tells the right story. Her expertise spans implementation, tracking, reporting, and turning data into decisions that fuel great digital experiences.

Taylor is known for balancing attention to detail with a big-picture mindset—ensuring that every tracking decision ladders up to meaningful customer and business outcomes. She is deeply passionate about fostering a data-driven culture that prioritizes the end user and recognizes that real impact comes not just from collecting data, but from using it effectively.

Her certifications include Adobe Analytics, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Quantum Metric, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4). She was a featured speaker at Measure Summit 2024, where she spoke on navigating industry shifts in digital analytics. She has authored more than a dozen thought leadership pieces on subjects including dashboard design, GA4 strategies, personalization, AI in marketing, and the evolving role of analytics in both the private and public sectors.

Outside of her professional life, Taylor enjoys working out and hiking, spending time with her husband and two children, and winding down with a gripping mystery mini-series.
