As a seasoned marketing technology leader, LUMA Institute Certified Practitioner, and Professional Scrum Master (PSM I), she excels in bridging the gap between strategy and execution, guiding teams to maximize the value of their MarTech investments.
Before joining BlastX Consulting as Senior Manager of MarTech Engineering & Innovation, Gaea held leadership roles at BDO Digital and DemandGen, where she led cross-functional teams in implementing agile marketing practices, optimizing lead management programs and account-based marketing strategies, and architecting marketing technology ecosystems for enterprise clients.
Based in Austin, Texas, Gaea is a voracious reader, an avid seamstress, and a former Texas BMX racing champ. She has a knack for figuring out how things work—one of the rare few who actually reads the manual. When she’s not mentoring teams or refining marketing strategies, she’s navigating the challenges of parenting a high schooler.
