Walk away from this workshop with a greater understanding of how to map your customers journeys and learn to how to design and implement journeys as part of a larger Digital Experience Optimization effort.

Andrea will spend about 30 minutes covering the basics of customer journey mapping and what the current trends are so we’re all on the same page.

We’ll then dive into some hands-on learning as Andrea walks us through some exercises to get you thinking about Customer Journey Analytics as part of the mapping process.

We’ll also cover some worksheets to get you started mapping your customer journey, and don’t worry we’ll send you home with them during the session.
